As Senior Editor of the Eating & Drinking section of Mpls. St. Paul Magazine, Stephanie's goal has been to serve two audiences: the readers who seek out the tasty intel that drives a well-fed life in Minnesota, and the food-drink-hospitality industry that needs light to grow. The trick is creating relevant content that inspires, educates, and advocates while staying credible and authentic. In addition, she's written for Delta Sky Magazine, BettyCrocker.com, TastingTable.com, and Cook for America Magazine among other national publications.​
